A standard 20-point inspection typically takes 30 to 60 minutes on the roof itself. Larger or more complex roofs take longer. After the on-roof inspection, the crew member will walk through findings with you on-site if you're available. The full written estimate is usually delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
For external roof inspections, no — we can perform the inspection without you on-site if access to the property is straightforward. We do recommend being home if you'd like to walk through findings in person or if interior access is needed (for attic inspection, suspected leak verification, etc.). Just let us know when scheduling.
